A40Y is spring full-lift safety valve with radiator, flanged connection and enclosed design. The radiator protects spring assembly under high temperature service. Suffix C: WCB cast steel for steam, air, oil up to 420℃; Suffix P: stainless steel for corrosive media up to 300℃; Suffix I: Cr-Mo alloy steel for high temperature media up to 450℃. The valve fully opens automatically to discharge media when system overpressure occurs and closes automatically once pressure drops to preset value, protecting boilers, pressure vessels and pipelines. Flange standards GB, HG, ASME B16.5 available, set pressure can be customized.
