**A68Y series high temperature high pressure butt weld safety valve**, spring loaded un-enclosed full lift structure with manual wrench for on-site popping test. Butt weld end connection, WCB cast carbon steel body, sealing surface hardfaced with stellite alloy, high temperature & erosion resistance, equipped with double adjusting ring for stable pop and re-seat performance. Reduced inlet/outlet for large discharge capacity, PN100~PN250. Weld bevel can be made per GB, ASME, DIN, BS, JIS standard. Automatically opens for pressure relief at overpressure and re-seats tightly when pressure drops. Specially used for overpressure protection of thermal power station boilers, high temperature high pressure steam pipelines and thermal pressure vessels. Set pressure customizable.
