A22 series dead weight safety valve**, full lift, external thread connection. Opening pressure set by dead weight, simple and stable structure without spring. JA22H-2.5 grey cast iron body with 2Cr13 stainless steel sealing surface for E-class steam boiler and non-corrosive media. JA22W-2.5P full 304 stainless steel, body and sealing surface integrated for acid & alkali resistance, suitable for corrosive gas and liquid. Automatically opens for pressure relief when pressure exceeds 0.1MPa, closes automatically after pressure drops to protect boiler and pressure vessel. Nominal pressure 0.25MPa, max temperature ≤200℃. GB, ASME, DIN, BS, JIS connection standard optional. Widely used for overpressure protection of small boilers, pressure vessels, chemical tanks and environmental equipment.
